SP1 tut was really great. a whole lot of laughter created thanks to mr luda. now i know why he say he can read fast and definitely in a really comical way. maybe he can consider being a comedian like charlie chaplin. hahah!

then in IPC tut, i'm lost again la. like when will I even know what she is talking about? okay, blame nobody but myself cos i chose to work instead of staying home to do my tut :/

for the last 2 periods, it's JAP; JAPAN; JAPANESE! i should say that it's the best module so far 'cause it's more like an interest, hobby instead of a module. had e-learning in block S and i got lost in that place la. i feel like i'm trapped in a human maze can. well, we did those e-learning stuff and i played those Hiragana games, quiz, made the recorder repeat almost a million times for that words and writing notes. so yup, i'm in LOVE with it!




btw, who says that you must be curvaceous to be an air stewardess? PHELAN! NO! don't have to BE CURVACEOUS OKAY!

mind over body.
it's really discouraging when you are really motivated to give in your best in what you are about to do, your body fails you.

last week was rowing,
this week is running.



that's not it. did my best to take out as much time for Zephers (and i know many others does) but some just really cannot be bothered. I really have the thought of giving it up already. some just simply complains that they have no time. do they think that (the worthy ones) have extra 10 hours a day than you? we also have assignments, exams and other CCAs and many many many more commitments but how come we make an effort to do it? i'm really sick of this. if i don't see any progress in the coming FEW trainings, i wouldn't hesitate to use this precious time on perfecting my other commitments. sigh.

thanks to the extremely early dismissal of our lecture.

anyway, i just can't figure out why is it that i wun get bored of High School Musical! it's way addictive and i think it's one of the bestest teenage production! and there is this high school musical concert show on wednesday, 8.30pm on channel 5. guess it will be a really nice one especially for ppl like me! and i'm still waiting to high school musical 2!

YC games planning

rather fruitful day of planning our games.
at least we see something now ((:


but this camp is really not in the right time for busy-poly students like me!
cos camp starts on Friday, which is my longest day of the week, 8am-5pm of IMPORTANT lessons. then i'll have to rush over to ACS barker for camp.
on day 3 (2 dec), i have the standard chartered run so i will have to leave camp in the morning and return after my run. Also, i will have to leave camp at night cos the next day is another longest day of the week, 8am-5pm.
so i will be there for only 3 days-2 nights instead of 4 days-3 nights.
OMG! fancy rushing up and down.
how i wish it is the holiday week whereby i can just peacefully go through the camp like the others.

oh wells, i shall persevere on!



so now, i'm really looking forward to next year's church camp!

2nd week- day 2

i shall take back my words; it was a pretty enjoyable week2-day 1 yesterday in Material science lab. Using the super HOT furnace which is about 700 degrees and 800 degrees. OMG! even when you are standing 2 meters away, you can still feel the heat. although i was a geek for that 2 hours, i don't mind mann! cos the equipments are damn cool and i should say the teacher is good.


then training is great too! i used to think that JumpingJs are the best and EASIEST thing to do. but i'm proven wrong cos my calf muscle hurts!



today,
4 hours of lecture. I didn't know maths lecture can be THIS BORING! 1 hour=3hours! this is the effect if you have a super draggy teacher. mann, you must HEAR it to believe it. it's REALLY Draggggggy. and she actually kept us in for about 1hour 35 mins which is totally horrendous. IPC (inorganic chem) lecture is boring too. just that the time pass faster than maths though i have no idea what she was talking about, totally. but thanks to her furball and metal pics which made me enjoy the lesson. and thanks to joce who actually go along with my lameness which made me tear big time in class. TEAR and vibrate? hahah!

being with the kayaking mates never fails to make me laugh to the extreme. i can be all the way moody the whole day but when i'm with them, i get so happy that i forget all my sorrows. it's just plain happiness (((:


so, it was our kayaking "outing" earlier to kelly poon's concert. hahah. omg! i didn't know she is that tall, slim and her voice rawks la! and i'm convinced that she is really much prettier now!

joce and her borken finger

from yesterday, i've been a personal jocelyn reporter.
i go around informing eveyone about our poor girl who broke her finger.
gosh. poor thing!


so we went to CGH to visit jocelyn and she look pretty fine already. especially after the wonderful bath by her 3 lovely friends right! hahahah! just a day more and i'm sure she is going to be perfectly fine already!

last minute meet-up with my partner to NYP for our notes. but its so unfair! she didn't need to get any notes for this sem so i end up lugging 6 books. and it is a serious problem that s'pore is a small country cos we had NO idea where we should head to after that! so we ended up in Chong pang for DESSERTS! omg, the desserts are simply the best and the cheapest ever tasted! yummehhh! i want more!

so, we were rather lame and crappy the whole day. and jelly wants to cut her hair so we waited for Shi Hua as well. but by the time we finish our desserts, it's only 4.30pm and we are meeting shi hua at 6.30pm. so i end up in jelly house!

i think the aftermath symptom of WSC is pretty scary with jelly around. she goes Moo mooo wherever she go la. and i got so influenced that i go ding dong ding dong ding dong ding. mann, and Shi Hua was so annoyed by jelly's madness that she wanted to knock her with her bottle. HAHAH!

we are partners who loves gum gums! hahah.

but our teeth will decay very soon )):

watersports camp

just had 3 days of watersports camp starting from monday.
initially, i was so reluctant to go
but i guess it's not that bad after all.



although my group did not get in first place,
at least i see the slow progress of bonding.
only 3 kayakers are in Hi -5 (my group).
kind of pathetic la.
then there are more than 9 DB guys.
mann, it was tough getting along when they popped into the group suddenly.




oh wells,
we still managed to get through the camp anyway (:





and i shall not covet for anything more cos i know that whatever that is given to me is GOD's plan and it is all in control ((:

frustrating. i actually locked myself out of the house.
i never fail to bring my key with me wherever i go! i can forget bringing my wallet, my phone, my bag, anything except my KEY!
it was so scary staying outside alone. it's so hot and stuffy.
omg. i was melted halfway until my sis came to my rescue.


i will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ever forget my keys again!




i wasted half my day away as well.
no training, no work.
i feel so empty.
i think i'm a permanent robot already.

new sem is starting in about 2 weeks time.


and i got jap for my elective which is my first choice anyway. yes, hopefully i can do well in it.

it's the start of a new sem, whole new start.

my birthday!

thought that i'm not going to have any celebrations at all today cos its training day.
but but,
my fellow team is so nice!
first, i got a gift when i came.
then during debrief, i got a birthday song from the whole team.
during dinner, i got another birthday song along with 2 cakes.


I LOVE MY TEAM!




and know what, i got 4 different flavoured cakes this year! hahha.
and i want to add, special thanks to NYP SPRINT KAYAK TEAM!!!!!!





although the day is officially over,
i still want to thank all again for making my day so great and this is really the most memorable birthday ever!

BIRTHDAY! :D

i never liked birthdays except for receiving presents and maybe having a better meal that day.
for some pessimistic reason. i actually don't like this day.
i don't use to celebrate it either.
but,
it all have changed.
i thank GOD for bringing all these ppl into my life.


boilboating was really great with the girls.
no words can describe the fun we had.
fancy eating for 3 whole hours non-stop.
mind you! it's non-stop, serious!
and i realise the 6 of us have this special talent of peeling prawns, eating and talking non-stop at the same time and of course, our great photography skills.
we no longer need ppl to take pictures for us already.
Thank God for this wonderful person who created timer in a camera and a table for a stand (((:


so, this is the first time celebrating my birthday with my peeps. going out to eat and having lots of chitty chats. this is my bestest birthday so far although i know the fact that i'm 17 already.
oh wells, although i will miss being a 16 girl, i still love my life anyway :D




and PHELAN! this guy gave me a surprise with the promised cheesecake! much thanks okay. it came in as a really pleasant surprise while i was having the boilboat.
