today had land training.
my run was disappointing and my weights dropped to rock bottom.
Let's not talk about weights as it is still acceptable but definitely not for the run.
It was really very demoralising. It's true that I haven't ran for very long but it's just not an excuse for me to drop back so much. I tried to run, but i just couldn't focus. All that came to my mind was fatigue and MEL, just give up.
Mental is the key. It can bring me above what I am capable of physically but it can also psycho my body to stop functioning.
Improving takes time but I'm impatient and I want to succeed. I don't have much time and I need to catch up double the time faster than the rest. Training during attachment is tough. Getting back is worse.
I don't dread training. I love rowing.
I just hate my body and mind for letting me down again and again.
and now i'm kind of cheered up after talking about that puppy with my 60% bf. LOL!
