Polite 2008

a little overdue but still, worth the time to reflect (:

Polite 2008 was indeed the most memorable sprints ever.
the race which i sincerely gave my best smile even though we got 4th and a race which i had to row a K1.
Yet another well-earned experience.
and it's also my wake up call.
No more complacency, no more excuses.
I'll train even harder from today.
For my partner and for team.
No longer looking at the past achievements, no more having regrets.
Just remembering every lesson learnt and finding solutions to it for the future;
TRAIN HARDER.
poly doesn't last forever, gotta make full use of the remaining to achieve what i truely want.
All the way. No more looking back.

and PEP did well. He earned himself 2 medals this time. His hardwork did pay off i must say.
Like how much you wanted it, you got it (:

still stuck in school and since i have this little bit of time, i get to blog but without pictures.
too engaged with every other thing except things that exist in the computer.
meaning: i will take forever to reply emails, take another week before i blog.
