spend my whole weekend with the team. Had fun on Saturday and trained hard on Sunday. Sentosa trip and alvin's birthday bash on sat. I've never been so occupied in Sentosa before. From eating to playing monkey to playing soccer to more eating to getting dragged and thrown into the sea to playing volleyball to playing touch rugby to floating and relaxing on water to MORE EATING to B & J to camwhoring and more more more eating! hahahah. As you can see, not only does we train hard, the girls eat A LOT.



and my sunday was spent in seletar. rowing my T2 with jelly in the first place. then coach wanted to let the guys try and there we go again, we are on the dinosaur. damn shit. i hate that BOAT! I want T2!!!






now, my whole body is burnt and my hair is pricking my back badly. so here is a great reminder to myself. I must put sunblock on my BACK too!
