The most shocking news I just received. TheSHAPE run 2007 is FULLY REGISTERED!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
I so want the nike shirt! ))))))))):
oh wells, no matter how much I scream around here, I wun be able to go for it still. I shall just quietly anticipate for the SHAPE run 2008.
Circuits training tmr! though it was tough lastx2 week which left us with dead beat faces, I will still endure and enjoy it!
yes yes, I vomited after the run on Monday. I guess I was forcing myself too hard but, I will still go all out cos LIFE's SHORT!
